BUILDING MY NEW NORMAL, BRICK BY BRICK
During my time in lockdown, I've had time to reflect on lots of things, including breaking my neck at 16 years old. At that time, I went into my own lockdown in spinal injury rehab. With the support of my allies, I survived that and came out stronger. Here's a very honest reflection on that time and how I've realised that surviving that means I can survive anything.
