We only hold information if you have emailed Nathalie McGloin to enquire about Disabled Motorsport or Public Speaking enquiries or you have subscribed to the blog. We will hold: NAME, EMAIL, PHONE NUMBER. These details can be removed upon request after making the initial enquiry.

All elements of Nathalie McGloin’s site that aren’t behind the paywall (the ‘Public Site’) are hosted on a web content management system called Squarespace.

We work closely with a third party provider (Google) to encrypt and protect email traffic in line with government advice. If your email service does not support TLS, please be aware that any emails we may send/receive may not be fully protected after we have sent them to you.
We will also monitor any emails sent to us, including file attachments, for viruses or malicious software. Please be aware you have a responsibility to ensure that any email you send is within the bounds of the law.
11. The personal information of children
Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information about children under 16. In the case we discover that a child under 16 has provided us with, or we hold personal information about a child, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
